01. Introduction
Welcome to GUP.GG. By accessing the operational network, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. GUP.GG acts as a premium marketplace and escrow service facilitating the secure exchange of digital assets.
02. User Accounts
To access high-clearance features, you must register for a secure account. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete telemetry information.
- Maintain the encryption security of your login credentials.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your unique ID.
03. Operational Protocols
The GUP.GG network enforces strict responsibilities for all marketplace operatives:
Seller Protocol: You must ensure all listed accounts are accurately described and legally obtained. Stolen or recovered accounts result in immediate network termination and identity blacklisting.
Buyer Protocol: You must verify all account credentials immediately. Secure the account by changing passwords and linking your own email before finalizing the escrow release.
04. Escrow & Clearance
To ensure zero-risk transactions, GUP.GG utilizes a secure escrow lock:
- Funds are held in secure transit by GUP Command until handover is verified.
- Once the buyer confirms the secure link, funds are deployed to the Seller’s Dashboard.
- GUP Admin intervention is final in all dispute scenarios.
05. Prohibited Conduct
Users of GUP.GG agree NOT to bypass the escrow protocols, attempt fraudulent data extraction, or harass other marketplace operatives.
