Automatic Escrow Protection

Every single transaction on Gup.gg is automatically protected by our proprietary Escrow System. Your payment is securely held in our vault and is NOT released to the seller until you have successfully received the product, verified its contents, and confirmed that it matches the listing description perfectly. If the seller fails to deliver, you receive an automatic, full refund.

Digital Accounts & Assets

Due to the sensitive nature of digital gaming accounts and in-game assets, standard “buyer’s remorse” returns are not accepted once the credentials have been delivered and verified. However, you are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The seller fails to deliver the account credentials within the specified timeframe.
  • The delivered account does not match the specifications, rank, or inventory described in the listing.
  • The account is banned or suspended at the exact time of delivery prior to your usage.

The Account Recovery Protocol

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against account pullbacks. If an account you purchased is fraudulently recovered by the original owner within the warranty period (as stated by the seller or Gup.gg defaults), you are fully protected. You will receive a complete refund, and the offending seller will be permanently banned from the marketplace with their remaining funds frozen.

Services & Boosting

For ranking, leveling, or farming services, escrow funds are released upon service completion. Refunds are structured as follows:

  • Full Refund: If the booster has not yet started the service and you wish to cancel, or if the booster fails to commence the service within the agreed timeline.
  • Partial Refund: If the service is actively in progress but you wish to terminate it early, a partial refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the service already completed by the vendor.

Physical Goods & Merch

For any tangible merchandise or hardware sold through Gup.gg, standard e-commerce return policies apply. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective.

Dispute Resolution

If you encounter an issue with a transaction that cannot be resolved directly with the seller, our moderation team is ready to intervene. Please escalate the dispute via your dashboard or email our dedicated support team.
