Physical Products:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Contact the vendor directly for return authorization
  • Shipping costs for returns are buyer’s responsibility

Digital Products (Game Keys, Codes):

  • Digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered
  • Ensure game compatibility before purchase
  • If you receive an invalid/used key, contact vendor within 24 hours

Services (Boosting, Coaching):

  • Refunds considered on case-by-case basis
  • Must provide proof of service not delivered

Refund Process:

  1. Contact vendor within specified timeframe
  2. If vendor doesn’t respond within 48 hours, contact us
  3. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Exceptions:

  • No refunds on sale/discounted items (unless defective)
  • Custom orders are non-refundable
